The IODE - Institut de l'Ouest: Droit et Europe of the University of Rennes 1, together with the Franco-American Institute, is hosting the LAwTTIP Lecture within the framework of Jean Monnet Network LAwTTIP, which will take place on 13 February 2018, in Rennes.
The Round Table on "Who will draft international trade rules? Citizens' challenges of the EU trade agreements with North America" will analyse the major legal features related to the role citizens may play in shaping the rules of international trade among EU and America.
Speakers will include: Edouard Bourcieu (European Commission Representation in France), Jean-Baptise Velut (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle) and Joel Lebullenger (Université de Rennes 1).
The event, chaired by Cécile Rapoport (University of Rennes 1), will be in French.
