2nd KCL LAwTTIP Seminar Series Event

On March 5, 2018, the Centre of European Law of King's College London, in cooperation with GW Law, will host the second of a series of seminars focusing on the principle of effective judicial protection under the EU's Free Trade Agreements.

The second seminar, discussing "How Courts and Tribunals Approach Their Roles in the International Procurement System", will be organised in three sessions and will look at the resolution of international procurement disputes from the standpoint of both practitioners and Courts.
