UNIBO TTIPills Lecture Series


TTIPills will consists of lessons on the foundations of EU trade agreements of new generation and their implications for the European Union and EU citizens.

The aim is to increase public awareness on the major legal implications arising out from those agreements. More to the point, UNIBO’s TTIPills will be focused on the following topics: 

  1. the interaction among the EU trade agreements and other multilateral and bilateral contractual obligations of the Union and its Member States (namely within the WTO umbrella); 
  2. the incorporation and the effects of EU trade agreements into the EU legal order; 
  3. the protection of fundamental rights and the implementation of EU trade agreements.

Lectures are given by leading scholars with strong expertise on the LAwTTIP Network topics.
