KCL TTIPills Lecture Series 2016-2017


TTIPills will consists of lectures on the foundations of EU trade agreements of new generation and their implications for both the European Union and EU citizens.

The aim of the lectures is to increase public awareness on the major legal implications arising out from those agreements. More to the point, KCL’s TTIPills will explore some sectoral aspects of the TTIP model, highlighting its justiciability before EU, arbitral and national Courts and tribunal and its relevance in terms of investment protection.

Lectures are given by leading scholars with strong expertise on the LAwTTIP Network topics.
