2nd KCL LAwTTIP Seminar Series Event 2019

The Centre of European Law of King's College London is pleased to invite all the students and staff to the second of the 2019 Seminar Series organised within the framework of the Jean Monnet Network LAwTTIP – Legal ambiguities withstanding TTIP.

The talk on "CETA and Beyond:Rethinking International Dispute Settlement the ‘EU’ Way" will be given by Dr. Sonja Boelaert, Senior Legal Adviser Council of the European Union, who will offer her view on the meaning of Opinion 1/17 in the light of the previous case law of the Court. Professor Takis Tridimas, Co-Director of the Centre of European Law of King’s College, will then contextualise the CETA opinion in the framework of the dispute settlement mechanisms in the future EU-UK relations.

The event will take place on 12 June, at 6 pm, at King’s College London, Strand Campus, Council Room.
