1st KCL LAwTTIP Seminar Series Event


On February 1st, 2018, the Centre of European Law of King's College London, within the framework of the Jean Monnet Network LAwTTIP – Legal ambiguities withstanding TTIP, will host the first of a series of seminars focusing on the principle of effective judicial protection under the EU's Free Trade Agreements.

The seminar "Chinese Apples and the Emerging World Food Trade Order: Food Safety, International Trade and Regulatory Collaboration between China and the European Union" will discuss the EU-China Trade Relations.

The talk will be given by Francis Snyder, CV Starr Professor of Law, EU Jean Monnet Professor ad personam & Director of STL Center for Research, University of Peking. In the chair Professor Kerry Brown, Director, Lau China Institute, King’s College London.
